The staff here is extremely friendly and provides excellent customer service, the suite is compact and the location is fantastic, just a short walk from Glass. Rewritten: the staff is really nice and helpful, the room...

This place has a great location, close to the seafront, Barbican, city center, Plymouth Hoe, and a war memorial.

Good location from which you can reach the sea and the centre on foot. Free parking spaces behind the house.

The staff could not do enough for us, they were so friendly it was like visiting friends. Nothing was too much trouble. close to the city centre but right on the hoe you get best of both worlds being near...  

Room was very good, restuarant was excellent, very good showers, all stations on TV, and staff very helpfull

The staff were efficient. the English breakfast was excellent. the location had pleasant views over the park and was stunning, close to various islands, minutes away from the Hoe. it was very close to Plymouth and the Barbican waterfront area, offering a great mix of shops and restaurants.

It was a hard climb for seniors up the stairs to rooms in the thirties!!

As the hotel wasn't busy we were uprgaded automatically. The room was comfortable, a minor fault was fixed quickly. Breakfast was good with reasonable choice.Staff were helpful and friendly.

The function room below the hotel plays very loud music which can be heard throughout the hotel. Guests at the function smoking outside make a lot of noise which can be heard in the rooms making it difficult to sleep.

I liked very much the Full english breakfast.

It looked nice from the outside.

It was not suitable for people who were not fit there was no lift to the upper floors eg.4th floor. Rooms on the top floor were poorley equipped ie.no bedside light .Food was of poor quality.
