Based ANOVA test, the main influence on yield is due to climate, followed by the amount of fertilizers. The sowing distance reveals its influence when combined with the fertilization, this aspect pointing out the differences between studied varieties. The triple interactions gradually reduce the influence of the factors, their combination being very significant in the case year X sowing distance X variety. The spatial comparative analysis of the three experimental years presents an overlap in the median area of the PCA ordering of the 12.5 cm sowing distance, fertilized with N50P50 with the 25 cm sowing distance fertilized with N100P50. There are differences between the oat varieties regarding the reaction to the nitrogen fertilization, highlighting...

In the promotion of organic products, an important role have the public institutions responsable which are in significant corelation with the development of this market sector, how it resutls from the determination of the Pearson coefficient. Over the study it is observed a growing tendency of the consumers to buy organic products from the existing agroalimentary markets and supermarkets.

The tests have been accomplished on 5 panels of 20 consumers taken by occurance. The global appreciation of each consumer was graded on a gustatory form from 1 to 9. The results of the organoleptic analysis tests permits a global estimation (average grade) given by the consumer panels in the case of the two experimental panels (conventional toamtoes and organic toamtoes. The treaty of the results was accomplished through a Sigmasat logicy which was used for parameter analysis.

Statistic data is presented regarding the evolution of the fancier fund use, starting from 1990, until 2007, in form of pastures, vineyards and orchards, hayfields and inferior category arable lands. On the bases of the use rate of these types of land, land areas were estimated available for biomass type energy crops, at the level of Cluj County. The study proposes the identification of the lands suitable for short term energy crops, like agricultural lands from the inferior category or from the degraded and unproductive lands category.

The objective of our research was to test "in vitro" the influence of some water plant extracts on the apple scab conidia germination and to test the efficiency of some biological products made from Trichoderma harzianum and Bacillus subtilis on the control of rugosis cancer apple trees in the field. The results showed that the majority of water plant extracts totally inhibited Fusicladium dendriticum conidia germination. About the rugosis cancer control made with biological products, the best results were obtained by using, in the same time, two studied species of micro-organisms: Trichoderma harzianum and Bacillus subtilis. It is known that the best products for rugosis cancer control are made from copper, but after the petals fall it is prefer...

The monitoring and variability of climate elements were achieved during 2008 (March) 2014, through a network of 10 HOBO stations which store soil temperature data electronically (at 10, 30, 50 cm deep) and air (at 1 m hight), soil moisture (at 10 cm depth) and are equipped with rain gauges. The purpose of the paper is to establish the tendency in the evolution of the soil thermal and hydric regime, to predict and identify the climate tendencies from the Transylvanian Plain. The thermal regime of soils in this area is mesic, the differences between the annual averages of summer temperatures and the average of winter temperatures 50 cm deep in the soil are ranging between 12.8120.01°C. The evolution of temperatures at the soil level during 2008-2014 i...

Each mountain product comes as a result from raw materials from mountain areas and in the case of processed products, processing takes place in the mountain region. This paper aims to investigate ways to obtain mountain certification for products from this area, so it could promote agro-food products as a lever for sustainable development, that ensure economic activity. This study randomly analyze several farms in Bistra village in terms of specific indicators for mountain certification. The method used in this study is analyzing in terms of socio-economic, territorial, environmental and economic indicators. After a complex analysis of the specific indicators, results show that the Bistra village, brings together the criteria relating to mountain certification, according to the European Regulations, improving the sustainable development of the area. The quality of agricultural production represents a competitive advantage for agricultural producers from Marin village, Salaj County, Romania, contributing to the cultural and gastronomic heritage of the area. This paper aims to investigate the socio-territorial indicators, economic indicators and indicators of traditionalism of Marin buffalo cheese certification allowing the area to get a group of organic and local certification products, in order to increase the agricultural potential of the area through a quality approach. In this study is used the IDEA method, a method suitable for organic certifications and traditional attestation, individual or for a group of farmers. After a complex analysis of the specific indicators, results show that the product Buffalo cheese of Marin, brings together the crite...

Favourable conditions (solar radiation, temperature, humidity etc.) are important and have a positive effect on the growth and fruition. Critical conditions have negative influences resulting in low grape production and wine quality. The purpose of this research was to analyse the quality of wine obtained from eight grapevine varieties (four Romanian autochthonous varieties: ‘Feteasca regala’, ‘Feteasca alba’, ‘Babeasca gri’, ‘Sarba’, and four world-wide varieties: ‘Aligoté’, ‘Sauvignon Blanc’, ‘Muscat Ottonel’, and ‘Italian Riesling’). The wine samples were obtained from micro-wine production under local weather conditions of Dealu Bujoruluivineyard, Romania. The physico-chemical analysis of young wines showed that the highest alcohol content was recorded at the ‘Sauvignon blanc’ variety (14.35% vol.) followed by ‘Sarba’ (14.10% vol.). The highest level of acidity was registered to ‘Babeasca gri’ (5....

Important parts of the conservation are traditional varieties and local populations of crop plants. The UE regulation 98/95 comes to protect the vegetal genetic resources. Unlike the other countries with advanced agriculture, Romania still has a rich genetic diversity of culture plants, especially in the zones that were non-cooperativized during the communism. However, if there will not be any proper measures of their conservation, these populations and varieties are in danger of extinction. Our objectives presume finding the small seed producers, collecting carrot, parsley and lettuce seeds, building experimental zones for the characterization of varieties and local populations as well as the conservation of their seeds at the Gene Bank Suceava and gene microbank from USAMV Cluj-Napoca, which is in the stage of project. In 2007 spring...
