Anita Loos (26 April 1889 – 18 Agustus 1981) adalah seorang penulis latar, pengarang drama dan pengarang Amerika, yang dikenal karena novel komik blockbuster-nya, Gentlemen Prefer Blondes. Ia menulis naskah-naskah film dari 1912, dan menjadi stad penulis naskah pertama, saat D.W. Griffith menempatkannya di Triangle Film Corporation. Ia menulis beberapa film Douglas Fairbanks, serta adaptasi panggung dari Gigi karya Colette.
