The location of the hotel near Marble Arch was fantastic. We were close to shops, Marylebone, and many popular sites in London.- Easy access to the underground subway, buses, and the Heathrow Express train at Paddington Station was convenient.

i liked the place and the councierge service, resturants, rooms privacy, room view, large room space copmaring to Europe hotels, the good quality of toilete supplies, daily free fruits, bottels of water and newspapers.
the hotel rooms walls are not insulated againist sounds and noise, i was bothered by the TV sound of the rooms next to me!!!, in addition there is no free internet in the room even in the business center you should pay for the internet usage even for couple of minutes !!!! and the rooms carpet was a bit old and i found alot of dust and old plastics and papers behind the TV table and the drawers (it was clear that the house keeping service is not monitored!!)
