Luxury hotel with well-organised and nicely furnished rooms and a separate bathroom. Full cooked breakfast available with yoghurt and sausages, for example. The staff was caring, the location was incredible. Found in the good area short walk to a hi-way where one can catch a free bus ride to the CDB, Hyatt Regency Perth, and the restaurants and lounge bars.

The hotel is located in a marvelous and lovely location close to the city center. the service is impeccable and the rooms are spotless and airy, with a great bed and towels. the staff were all more than helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The beds were extra comfy, providing a delightful rest after weeks of camping and hostels. They offered us a late check out and allowed us to use the pool showers before our late evening flight. The breakfast was great, with a wide variety of choices. The chef went above and beyond when we requested fresh tomato and cucumber, ensuring they were waiting for us the following two mornings. The location is great, with onsite parking and friendly staff.

We got great value for our money at the hotel, with a spacious and nicely decorated room that had a bright and clean decor. The location just outside the CBD was perfect, allowing for easy movement and close proximity to shops and parks. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, especially when our flights were cancelled, going above and beyond to assist us even after we had checked out. They even provided a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine and a kind note for our wedding night.

had a lovely big room with a spotlessly clean pool and river view. Appreciated the 30 min late checkout for our airport departure. Hyatt Regency Perth exceeded expectations and made our mother-daughter weekend away unforgettable.

The comfortable chairs and air-conditioned breakfast room made for a pleasant dining experience. Additionally, the friendly and super professional manager Courtney, along with the attentive waiter Terry, ensured that my needs were well taken care of. The cleaning staff also did a great job in maintaining cleanliness throughout the hotel. The swimming pool was huge and clean, with comfortable sunbeds for relaxation. Furthermore, the entertainment provided by the piano player Ian and carol singer Julie added a special touch to my stay. Lastly, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a personal Christmas card from the general manager. I had a great experience at Hyatt Regency and would highly recommend it.

This venue exceeded our expectations with its luxurious amenities and top-notch service. the room advantages were exclusive and included a private outdoor swimming pool with comfortable sun loungers. the restaurant offered a variety of special diet menus and the in-room breakfast was perfect for a relaxing morning. the bar/lounge area was an ideal place to relax for a drink and a snack.

The only minor issue we encountered was the sauna, which was out of service during our stay. However, this hotel more than made up for it with their exceptional hospitality and care.
