brand-new, extremely pleasant room with soaring ceiling, nespresso machine plus great decor. very convenient area, comfy and ideal location, near the main sights and bus stop. again, walking distance to kaiser wilhelm memorial church.

The location was favourable, relatively close to Aquarium Berlin. The room itself was modern preferably with view on the ku'damm-great breakfast buffet and had the things we needed...

The comfy bed, safe, television, and mini-fridge-bar in the room were great. the rain showers in the en suite bathroom were a nice touch. - the daily service was outstanding. - the location near Stage Theater des Westens was excellent and stunning. - the area was lovely.

I got great value for my money at Hotel Zoo. The room was super comfortable and had a unique and eclectic design. The location in Charlottenburg was perfect, right in the heart of Kurfürstendamm. The staff were friendly, attentive, and provided impeccable service.

The hotel was perfectly clean in an elegant building with very helpful staff. the service was excellent, we had a rich and exemplary breakfast. the free Wi-Fi worked well throughout the property. the location was convenient and ideal, just a 5-minute walk from Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church. the lounge and bar areas were beautifully decorated and had a very relaxed vibe.

From the moment we arrived, Hotel Zoo exceeded our expectations. This trendy and modern hotel has a unique, rock and roll vibe mixed with cabaret eclecticism. The staff were super-friendly and helpful. The double deluxe room we upgraded to was outstanding, with two bathrooms, a luxurious bed, and beautiful courtyard views. The decor throughout the hotel was stunning, and the location on Ku'damm street was perfect for exploring the city.

The location on the Kurfurstendamm shopping street in the city center was perfect for my needs. The hotel is very close to the U-Bahn, making transportation around this city incredibly convenient. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, from delicious bread and cheese to fresh fruit. The staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help.

Transportation options are convenient, with the hotel located close to the u-bahn, shops, and buses.

The value for money at Hotel Zoo was excellent, and the room was spacious with a stunning night view. The location was perfect, situated on a lovely street and close to the U Bahn station and major station Zoolischer Garten. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist us, especially Stefan from the concierge team.

Nothing not to love.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Zoo and I was impressed by their attention to detail. The rooms were beautifully decorated and kept cool even during the hottest days of summer. The location was perfect, being right on the Ku‘damm and close to the Zoo. The staff were friendly and helpful, allowing me to practice my German. The breakfasts in the charming courtyard were delicious and the rooftop terrace was a fun spot to relax. I would definitely come back here for my next visit in town. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel had two complementary facts offered, which was a nice touch. The location was great, near shops and cafes, making it easy to go out and explore. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always willing to help.

The housekeeping was also very noisy in the morning, which was frustrating when trying to sleep in. Additionally, the dress code at the bar was confusing and applied unfairly, leading to an embarrassing situation.

This venue has everything you could possibly want for a luxurious stay. From the well, equipped Spa centre to the Indoor swimming pool, Sauna and Jacuzzi, you are sure to be pampered and relaxed during your stay. the Restaurant serves exquisite dishes that cater to all dietary needs, as well as a Snack bar and Bar/Lounge area that offer tasty treats and cocktails.

The only minor issue we found during our stay is that the live entertainment can be a bit noisy if you happen to be staying on lower floors, but this is only a small inconvenience that's easily fixed by requesting a higher floor or bringing earplugs. Apart from that, this hotel fulfilled all of our luxurious needs and the exceptional service provided by the friendly staff made our stay truly memorable.
