I had an incredible stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the river, sports center, and town center. The staff here went above and beyond, always friendly and willing to help. I was pleasantly surprised when I booked a superior double room and was upgraded to a suite for free! The hotel's pools were absolutely amazing, with both an indoor and heated outdoor option. I particularly loved the jacuzzi areas. The breakfast and dinner options were delicious and offered a wide variety to satisfy everyone's tastes. I also appreciated the complimentary afternoon fruits and sweets. The free bike rentals were a great bonus, allowing me to explore the beautiful bike lanes along the river.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to my friends.

The hotel offers a convenient location with walking distance to a river, sports center, and the town center. A shuttle bus service takes guests near the gondola Marilleva, but there are no facilities to store equipment. the superior room's size and furnishings are nice, and an afternoon snack is offered in the bar.
The hotel's staff can be rude and unknowledgeable about their amenities and additional services.

The hotel facilities were impressive, with a beautiful outdoor swimming pool and a relaxing spa area. The location was perfect as it was only a short 4-minute ride to the gondola Marilleva. Additionally, the staff was friendly, always providing excellent service, and the breakfast was superb.

We had a great time in this hotel! the breakfast was amazing, with a vast variety of fresh fruits and pastries. the wellness area was the best part of our stay, with indoor and outdoor pools, and plenty of Jacuzzi areas. we really enjoyed the location, which was within walking distance to the main attractions in the city.

Great food options with friendly service and beautiful scenic surroundings.
Poor room quality with outdated decor and uncomfortable beds, also experienced unpleasant smells in the room and common areas. Overall an underwhelming Christmas experience.
