Moonshine Hotel Playa del Carmen

A fantastic hotel with comfortable rooms, great amenities, and a lovely balcony. The housekeeping staff were fantastic and the front desk team was welcoming and friendly. The location is perfect, with easy access to nightlife, restaurants, the beach, and transportation.

The best part of my Easter stay was the friendly and attentive staff. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. the room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchenette. the location was unbeatable, with the beach and 5th Avenue just a short walk away. Plus, there were plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops nearby, making it convenient to explore the area.

The noise at night. Being close to the nightlife district, the music from the nearby clubs was quite loud, which may bother light sleepers.

The pool, although not very big, was a perfect place to cool off. The front desk team was welcoming and friendly, knowing us by name and always ready to chat and make us feel at home. The location was ideal, with nightclubs, bars, and restaurants just around the corner, and the beautiful beach just steps away. The hotel also had a 24-hour convenience store right across the street, which was very handy.

We felt completely welcomed and had nothing to complain about.

We had a great stay at a hotel in the center of the city. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main road and close to popular attractions. Despite the minimalistic room, it was clean and had a good shower. We were pleasantly surprised by how great the location turned out to be, especially since we arrived by bus and it was only a 15-minute walk from the terminal. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and friendly service.

It was great for those who enjoy a vibrant nightlife. Secondly, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring my stay was enjoyable. Lastly, the rooms were cozy and well-equipped, with the highlight being the private jacuzzi on the roof which provided ultimate relaxation.
