Very nice rooms, although my sheets were not 100% clean. Very friendly staff that gave us detailed instructions.
The hotel is about 10-15 minutes walk from subway. We thought it was closer.

Convenient Location 📍
This place is nicely situated near the river and you can easily reach a supermarket and a convenience store on foot. There's even a cozy spot called Caffetteria Faiola close by where you can enjoy a nice brunch.

The breakfast was above average, generous with plenty of food and relaxing drinks, and the location was strategic, just a 20-minute walk to the centre; the staff was caring, making everything very comfortable during my stay here.

The staff was friendly, competent and English-speaking. Guests are offered the option to dine in the hotel with the owner and his family. The cost is 25 Euros/person including all the wine you can drink. A good value. We did this one of the two nights and it was very pleasant, visiting with the owner and other guests until after 10pm. The food was ok but not stellar.
The only drawback to the room was the size of the shower stall. I weigh 115 lbs and had no room to spare!

The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help in any way they could. They all spoke excellent English. We have never been to a hotel with such quality staff. We had a room with a view of the Colloseum and a very nice garden terrace where we spent afternoons drinking cappuccinos or a glass of wine. Free WiFi was a definite plus.
The bathroom was extremely small. There was absolutely no room to put anything. There was not even a towel hook. The back of the door could not be used, as it was a pocket door. This was quite frustrating, having to go in and out for everything. However, all things considered, we would definitely return to this hotel!
