Lovely little hotel with nice view over the park. Excellent staff in the Reception Desk. A wide array of brilliant food for meals. Comfortable and excellent location for our needs, so close to the nearby center of town.

Great location in a lovely area with a green park nearby! the bed is super comfy, and the bathroom is really spacious. Plus, there's air conditioning and some storage space in the room.

Clean hotel, services were excellent and location was great and pleasant in Palermo. The place had an ELEGANT atmosphere. The room was stunning and comfortable, and with a pleasant view of the park and part of Palermo. The whole experience was such great.

Staff was helpful. The prob was wi fi which did not work. The breakfast was fair but could have been better given it is rated 4 stars

This place is modern, impeccably clean, with lovely views of a botanical garden; the suite was silent and beautifully maintained, I'm glad I chose it.

This venue is conveniently located near all the main attractions, with easy access to the main shopping areas and a variety of dining options with great food.

The hotel is well located and the rooms are large. Our garden facing room was very pleasant. It's a new hotel so the decor is fresh and in good condition. The shower is small but powerful.

The breakfast was dreadful. Why they can't offer freshly sqeezed juice in Sicily is beyond me. The pastry, tarts and cheese on display were tired and very unappetitising. The bar food on offer is very expensive and of a very poor standard. We had to return a shrimp salad as it had begun to "turn". The matter was handled very badly and grumpily by the manager. They seem to be able to only issue a single key card for each room. Efforts to obtain another one were abandoned after 15 minutes of shrugging and blaming the computer. We won't be going back.

Nice room and nice clean hotel in a good location. Stayed for 3 nights, breakfast was good enough.

Parking was expensive at €15 per night but they do vallet park from in front of the hotel. Traffic is insane in palermo so was good to get off the street. Also one day we had to wait nearly an hour for our car to be brought from the garage.

This lovely small hotel boasts friendly and efficient staff, a generous breakfast spread, and modern guest rooms.

The hotel was very close to the bus stops to and from the airport. Fare about €6 each compared to €45 for a taxi. Surrounded by public gardens, our room had a delightful outlook, was comfortable and quiet. The property had luxury fittings in the room and public areas. Breakfast provided was good. Staff were informative and helpful.
