The location was unbeatable, situated right on the main road, just a short walk from Dam Square. We loved the authentic feel of the original brick canal building, which added to the overall ambiance. Our room, although small, was comfortable and featured lovely opentable windows that provided a view of the peaceful rear of the property. The bed was cozy, and the bathroom, although small, was modern with a good shower and hot water.

Although this hotel may not be on par with a luxurious 5-star experience, we would highly recommend Hotel Des Arts for its prime location, welcoming atmosphere, and overall charm. Despite some minor drawbacks, such as narrow stairs and the absence of air conditioning, the positives outweighed these concerns.

The hotel also had a cute bar and 24/7 room service, although we didn't use it. The breakfast was delicious and the rooms were clean and comfy. a fantastic experience!
