The rooms here are well-equipped and beautifully decorated, the location is fantastic close to castles, and the staff is superbly friendly and very helpful, with private parking available on site.

The rooms were new-fashioned, huge, came with the most amazing views and about 35qm space, for instance. Meals in the hotel were excellent. The accommodation had a remote location in the restaurant with large windows overlooking the alps.

The spa facilities were a real treat - I practically turned into a prune in the pool! The view from the hotel was absolutely stunning, I felt like I was in a postcard.

Oh, and let's not forget the "assigned" dining tables, a delightful surprise for us Americans who are used to playing musical chairs at mealtime. How thrilling!

The room had a pleasant view of the mountains. the bathroom was equipped with a hairdryer, soft bathrobes, and a shower cap. - the location of the hotel was great and stunning, close to all the places I wanted to visit. - Additionally, it was only 2 miles away from a beautiful meromictic lake.

Quirky staff, breathtaking views, and an indoor pool that cured my "I need a spa" craving. Wifi to Instagram the heck outta that mountain scenery. Breakfast was like a buffet of dreams.

Ha! Cons? The only thing missing was a personal butler to fan me with palm leaves.

It made my stay at Hotel Bergruh in Fussen feel like a home away from home.

It would have been even better if there were more activities catered specifically to senior travelers. While the hotel provided a pleasant experience overall, I would have loved to see more planned outings or group activities suitable for guests in their golden years.
