The hotel was absolutely fabulous and lovely in general. Had exceptional staff in place of the manager. - the location very close to a tram station was great. - the lunch in Golden Tikka a minute walk from the property had every choice imaginable.

The accommodation is clean and functional. The room is spacious and the view from the 5th floor is good.

Breakfast is bad because of indefinable smells and a small selection. In addition, the food tasted only moderately or not at all. Neither coffee nor yoghurt with fruit is recommended.

Juices at the breakfast buffet were not tasty. Shower stall had no soap holder. Reception had no stamp for Christmas and no map of Prague.

I really liked the free breakfast and the fact that we had air conditioning, a tv, and a hair dryer!! I think the only thing that could have made it better was wi-fi throughout the hotel and not only in the lobby.

We had a very good experience here--no complaints at all.
