The location was perfect and EXCELLENT for exploring this very nice area, close enough to the main transport links, train station, also close to all the water buses and taxies, and the the shopping area. Everything was very good, but a few employees were not very friendly. I was on a vacation and booked triple room with the bathroom and fridge, for example.

The hotel was perfect and spotless, overlooked city. the staff was helpful and excellent. - the continental breakfast I ordered was delicious. - the location was absolutely perfect and magnificent, very close to the railway station and Canale Grande. - Stayed here during my vacation. - Also, a stone arch bridge was easy to reach. The breakfast was decent with enough options to choose from. The hotel's location was very convenient, being within a short walking distance from the train and bus stations. One minor issue was the size of the room, it was a bit small for three adults.
