The location is really good. In a short metro ride you can get to Alexanderplatz. The neighborhood has a lot of shops to buy fast food and even a supermarket 50 meters away. The man in the hotel was really kind and there where facilities to prepare coffee or tea. Excellent experience!

A first class palace to stay, room cleaned every day. Smoking area, lots of shops ,cafs, bars in the area.great transport system. In former east Berlin, next door you will find a lovely bar open from 6pm till, late no loud music or TV, just good chatt, its name is Trauer Spiel, Gay bar but open to all . Best place to eat is Jella jella near by about 5 min walk, If you like raw meat then go to the Bird Cafe near by ,They tell you on the menu that they will not cook the meat well done,we thought they were jokeing, but they are not. Worst I have ever come across in all my life. Pay for it ,but they tell you what way they cook it, Raw , the way they say !!

I stayed at 1A Apartment in Berlin recently and I was impressed with the spacious and clean apartment. The heating and water temperature were perfect, ensuring a comfortable stay. The location was also excellent, with plenty of nice restaurants and cocktail bars nearby. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was clean and well-equipped. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was very friendly! A good price!!
It was cold in the room for some hours. And to remember while staying: it is not really an apartment, because there is no possibility to cook your own food.

Everything very clean, big room and bathroom. Central.
The room was a bit close to the smoke area, which made the room smell a bit.

Proper hotel, price/quality very good. Free internet PC.
Only negative thing about the hotel is the matter they don't offer shower gel and only clean you're towels every other day (which they didn't tell us at check in)

Great location, with a supermarket nearby and easy access to public transport. Spacious room with a comfortable double bed and a large bathroom. Option to have a self-made breakfast with a small fridge provided. Helpful staff, even when arrived late in the evening. Wi-Fi included.
Some maintenance issues, such as a faulty smoke alarm and a leaking sink pipe. Rude behavior from the owner, invading privacy and sending inappropriate messages.

Had immaculately clean rooms to myself with a huge bathroom and an enormous window plus a double bed. It was located in a pretty cool area near a metro station. Very-very nice and pleasant staff, I really enjoyed them all.
