Nice to have a coffee maker, a dining area and a seating area available. It has Wheelchair Accessible policy so everyone is welcome. Setting near Łódź. The accommodation is situated minutes away from the bar...

my recent stay in lodz was amazing, but this time at home factory was even better. the spacious and comfortable apartment exceeded my expectations. the modern furnishings, rain shower, and fully equipped kitchen made my stay truly enjoyable. i especially loved the unique brick building and the convenience of the nearby convenience store.
Curtains were needed to block out the excessive morning light.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was tastefully decorated and well-furnished, with a comfy bed and a nice TV corner. The kitchen was well-equipped and had all the necessary accessories. The hotel itself was in a modern building that used to be a factory, offering a unique and interesting ambiance. The location was great, overlooking the post-industrial district and providing a nice view. The hotel was clean and had good facilities, with a fully functional kitchen and a quiet atmosphere. The check-in experience was smooth and the staff were helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.
