Comfortable and functional hotel in Manchester with welcoming staff on both reception and breakfast service. Functional compact rooms with awesome views, and a couch and heating. Favourable, incredible location near the library, townhall, transport and shops, restaurants, cafe and the train station is nearby and the art gallery. Great food in the restaurants such as Etci Mehmet Steakhouse, located 10 min away.

The rooms were very nice and modern with a lovely big shower.
Breakfast was awful(like a cattle market) not enough seats, cold food and mouldy apples. There were not enough lifts for size of hotel, waited ages!

The size of the room
Poor sound proof and very noise. Breakfast place was too crowded and food was poorly prepared.
