The suite had a very comfortable bed for a good night's sleep, and the hotel was conveniently located next to a restaurant. Rewritten: the suite had a comfy bed for good sleep, and there's a restaurant nearby.

I recently stayed at the beautiful and well-maintained Historic Benner Mansion for a few nights. The quirky touches, like the unique door unlocking system and appointment check-in, added to the charm of this historic property. Despite being located in the city, it was surprisingly quiet. The breakfast provided was simple but a great addition, with a self-serve option and even scrambled eggs and bacon available. The owner and the young man who works there were both very accommodating and knowledgeable about the history of the mansion.

    Strongly recommend this hotel.

The charm of the place was undeniable. The room was spacious and clean, which was a breath of fresh air after a long day of exploring the city. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We also appreciated the complimentary snacks provided in the room and the convenient location near several local attractions.

We were disappointed to find out that the breakfast was not included in our stay and had to search for a nearby cafe to grab a bite. The WiFi was also spotty, which made it difficult to stay connected or stream anything.

We had a great time during our New Year's stay! The mansion was beautifully restored with lots of historical charm. The room we stayed in was comfortable and spacious, providing us with a cozy atmosphere. We also appreciated the warm welcome we received upon arrival and the interesting introduction to the mansion's history. The location was convenient, allowing us to easily explore the surrounding area and enjoy the New Year festivities. Plus, there were plenty of food and drink options for us to help ourselves to, which was a nice touch.

Additionally, there were some small issues in the room like the lack of shade on the bathroom window and no face towels or washcloths provided. These details could use some attention to make the stay more enjoyable.
