Had a good sleep in the twin room with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. The hotel is located in a fantastic spot, close to a cafe and within walking distance to two metro stations, with a third one just a 10-minute walk away.

Very friendly staff, always with a smile they let us choose the room that was also very good. The hotel is near the gare du Nord, perfect to go to the Charles de Gaulle Airport and with only 15 min. of subway you are in the city center. Very good idea to put the coffee machine in the reception (it will cost you less there than in any other cafe in Paris!!!)
The position near the subway is, but... a neighborhood to avoid! If you are travelling alone, you better go somewhere else...unrecommended people who are passing by, you have to run from the hotel to the metro if you don't want to be disturbed. They even make a lot of noise, so if you have a window to the main street, it will be a little hard to rest. The price you pay then is a bit high..it should be worth at least about 10 euros less!

Staff was affable and pleasant, I did not want to leave there!
I appreciated the room with good bed and fine bathroom. The hotel was in a central location by metro. I visited Le Bar de la Marine only a short distance to the venue for a few drinks.

Nothing
The reviews led us to believe that this hotel was nicer than advertised. First of all the parking and wifi was mot available and did not work. So we paid 50 euros for parking In a parkade. The wifi was down every night we stayed. Additionally, the lady at the front desk was rude and offered no support. She even charged ,me on my first day which isn't proper because i would have gone to a different location. The rooms are small and extremely unclean! And you can not take food up to your room. The place has no AC and is located on a busy street. So the option of opening a window came with a price. Also, the location of then hotel is situated in a very unsafe area. We even witnessed a riot and police had to use gas and pepper spray to tame the area and people. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. DO NOT STAY!!

room had a very comfortable bed and pillow. After long walks in the streets of Paris slept well. friendly staff was always ready to help. Although there was a slight misunderstanding at the entrance. We had two double rooms booked on the same floor. However, we provided two rooms, on different floors. There was a "Frenchwoman" among us who hinted at one and same floor and... oh, Gods, rooms were on the same floor - 28 and 29. 28 is very compact, 29 is spacious. Originally we wanted to give 28 and 38, have the same layout. So be vigilant! yes; big shop is on a parallel street! the small one is visible from the hotel, subway is a two minute walk.
Cleaning, of course, left a lot to be desired. Although they themselves were neat, but already at the entrance was not very clean. And, as usual, the problem with the drain in the shower cabin =( And in the room, designed for two people still initially had to lie two towels. Preferably clean =), not with a bunch of hair =(

Our room was adequate; the bedding was tidy and clean. Front staff was friendly and nice.
The area, the hotel is situated in, is not very good. The breakfast was basic and the lady who served it was far from being simply polite. The rooms were quite shabby.

Every visit to Paris we like to stay here. Cheerful and fairly clean place, the rooms are spotless and cheap. This is a perfect and magnificent location in Paris. You can relax at Ice Kube Bar, located nearby. The restaurant is nice, with amicable staff.

Location: few minutes’ walk from Gare du Nord. Good reception, polite staff. The sheets and towels in the room were changed daily.
A room and a bathroom are so tiny and need renovation, no hairdryer. Good for those who are really pressed for money and have good sense of humor not to get upset because of everything you see around.

The bed sheets were changed every day as well as towels. The staff was rather friendly. Not far from the station La Chapelle.
The decor was in need of an overhall. They’ve got some bugs in the rooms. I was bitten by something.
