The building and rooms are nice, with wifi available, and the location is excellent, just a short walk to PGE Park Sports Stadium, making for a great vacation in the surrounding recreational area.

The hilton is very centrally located to everything in downtown Portland.

I felt that Erik at registration was not very friendly. Our check-in was at 3:00pm and he said our room would not be ready until 3:30 or 4:00. He did not seem to be apologetic or even very friendly about the situation.

Location, amenities, quietness. Traveling as a couple without children, this is the place to stay.

Prepaid for room; they overbooked but comped our two-day stay and a dinner. They went out of their way to make our full day as comfortable as possible. Look forward to the next visit and will definitely recommend the executive tower for the extra space and upgrades.

The rooms were super well-maintained and cozy, equipped with a handy roll-up bed and easy temperature controls - just perfect for a comfy stay! 🛏️ The service was top-notch too, couldn't have asked for better!

The room I stayed in was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was very helpful and knew their stuff, plus it was super convenient being right in Downtown.

Perfect Location

There is lack of an easy access to closed caption button on TV remote control. I became impatience scrambling to turn the closed caption on every time I turn the TV on. I had to leave the TV on 24 hours. I did not have to worry about setting up the closed caption program on.

the restaurant facilities were poor, the valet parking price was high and they charge for wireless internet

The room here was a good size and had everything I needed like a/c that actually worked, coffee/tea-making stuff, and reliable WiFi 🌟 The staff was super friendly and always ready to help out, which was awesome. Plus, they had private parking which was a big plus!
