Easy access to everything. Quiet, amenities were good
Pool was green, mattress was ... We kept rolling towards middle. Access to internet for work had difficulty printing and accessing what we needed.

Enjoyed the room with a bathtub, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast was good and all the food was good. Location: the hotel was close enough to anything of that sort and restaurants and stores and the fairgrounds. The staff were competent and the wake up calls and ironing were free of charge.

Beautiful Lobby Our Waiter makes a mean fresh margarita.
Booked a no smoking room - got a smoking room that they tried to cover up with fragrance. A week later - I still am having trouble breathing. They moved us to 2 queens- it was so late and we crashed. Woke up the next morning - opened the curtain and found boogies on the walls. Infact the walls were filthy, Coffee spilled down the bed skirt, dirty qtips, candy wrappers, hair bands, and what put me over was the dirty dried washcloth on the shower curtain. I called the manager to come up there. After he finally arrived- I tried to show him what I saw, although he was very nice and said he was sorry. He kept interrupting me. I just wanted him to listen. I had one more night to spend in Tulsa - they did buy us dinner that night ( but the bar was out of mixers) and switched our room to a clean one. And I did appreciate that. The bad thing is that I am still trying to get over the asthma the smoke caused and I sound like a frog- not good for someone who answers the phone for a living.

This hotel is conveniently located near main roads, making it easy to get in and out without major traffic. The staff here is one of the best I have ever dealt with, always friendly and willing to accommodate our requests. Additionally, the location is very convenient for shopping, with plenty of restaurants nearby for dining options.
The only downside was that the room needed a vacuum.
