Spacious and luxurious room with big comfy beds, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. the room also had large windows offering great views and an electric kettle for convenience. Safety-wise, smoke detectors were in place to keep us secure. 😊

Booked a room with nice views of the Moscow skyline, downtown, and the Kremlin. the bed was extremely comfy and the bathroom was spacious. - the pool area was heated. - the location was favorable and easy, close to 2 train stations - Leningradsky Railway station and Komsomolskaya Metro stop - with access to two metro lines and a train station.

The hotel's appearance is its main attraction, with well-maintained period decorations in the lobby area. The location is excellent, particularly for those using trains or the metro, and there are plenty of food outlets nearby. The hotel concierge is very helpful and the staff speak good English. The room sizes are very good, especially the deluxe rooms, although they could benefit from some updating. There was a nice gesture for a special occasion, with a birthday cake and early check-in offered for one of the rooms when traveling with a baby. The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance of train stations and a metro station. The breakfast buffet is well-stocked and even takes custom orders for egg dishes. The common areas are lavishly decorated, making them a pleasure to walk through. The swimming pool was uncrowded and there were additional nice touches like a teddy bear for a 1-year-old on check-out.

Additionally, there were fast food options and a 24-hour convenience store nearby. The staff was incredibly helpful, polite, and patient. They went above and beyond to assist me, especially the concierge.
