The room was well-equipped and brand-new here with comfortable bed. There were a mini-bar, coffee facilities and an iron in our room. The location turned out to be magnificent and fantastic, close to all shops and right facing the Albert Dock and the cinema, the bar restaurant and train station👌

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Best aspects included cleanliness, hotel facilities, and location to the Liverpool One shopping complex. The room was clean and spacious, with a separate bathroom and shower, and plenty of fluffy towels. The hotel also had a great executive lounge with delicious canapés and drinks. It was conveniently located right in the center of Liverpool, close to the mall and within walking distance to many tourist spots.

I love how this hotel is right in the heart of everything. It's not too close to the center, but still close enough to Liverpool One shopping center and all the amazing restaurants. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with a lovely view of the city. The bathroom is spacious and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast options are delicious and satisfying. Plus, the discounted parking at Q Park opposite the hotel is a great added convenience.

One downside is that the TV in the room was not working properly. It kept coming on and then going off, which was quite frustrating.

Additionally, the hotel was centrally located, giving us easy access to the shopping areas and the vibrant Tate Liverpool and Dock area. It was also convenient for attending an event being held nearby.
