The property has a great layout with plenty of options for dining and shopping nearby. I was impressed with the ease of getting organized tours and taxis right at the front desk. Although the elevator system took some time to get used to, the beachfront views made it worth it. I particularly enjoyed relaxing by the main pool, but there could be more chairs available.

I enjoyed the beautiful grounds and the spacious room at Hilton Hawaiian. The Tapa Tower offered a great location near the beach and pool. the pool area can get overcrowded, making relaxation a challenge, especially during peak hours.

Stunning views from the Rainbow Tower, and the pools are delightful for lounging or a dip. It’s incredibly close to the beach, perfect for some fun in the sun!
But $105 for beach chairs? I laughed so hard, I might as well have rented a luxury cabana! And the mattress? I sank right in, like a piña colada at happy hour!

Amazing Beach Access and Spectacular Views
Our stay was fantastic! We enjoyed the beautiful beach access and our oceanfront room boasted breathtaking views, making every sunrise worth waking up for. The staff was welcoming, and we never had to wait long at the pool or beach, making our time incredibly relaxing. The only downside was the high price for beach chair rentals, which felt a bit excessive for what we got.

Yo, the fresh cheese bread at the hotel was outta this world! Plus, the lush pools and friendly wait staff made it feel like paradise. Don't even get me started on those killer local spots like Lanikai Juice and Benihana just a hop away!
But hey, I gotta keep it real—the food here was overpriced and kinda underdelivered, which left me thirsty for better bites elsewhere. It’s a bummer, considering all the hype! Leadership might wanna take a peek at this before folks start bouncing.

We enjoyed the beautiful ocean views and the vibrant pools, which are perfect for families. the check-in process was lengthy, and it would be helpful if the staff communicated more clearly about available discounts. this resort offers a great location with fun activities but could improve in service efficiency.

Aloha to the culinary adventure! The dining scene was a paradise: enjoyed the sweet treats from Lappert's Ice Cream and the fresh, zesty juices from Lanikai Juice. Plus, the convenience of dining around the resort was stellar, with options like Rocky Japanese Steak Teppan right at our doorstep. Nothing like feasting under the Hawaiian sun!
Let’s keep it real. The concierge was all about selling tours—no help with questions unless it involved cash. And what's up with paying $31 for a hamburger? The Tropic's hostess had an attitude, too! amidst the pricey shenanigans, the view from the Rainbow Tower was pristine.
