I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, central heating, flat-screen TV and a microwave oven. A tub in the private bathroom was a plus. The location was great, short walk to Very close to stores as well as Manchester NH airport, and the free parking was an excellent bonus. The staff was courteous, really made a difference to my trip.

The hotel overlooks a beautiful garden, and the room is spacious and large. The staff and the owner are very helpful. My room was equipped with central heating, a flat-screen TV, and a microwave oven. The location is convenient, within a short walking distance to stores, restaurants, and the RV show, as well as a Hannaford grocery store. Additionally, it's only 1 mile from Benedictine Park.

As adults and children, we loved the convenient location close to my daughter's home. The motel had a nostalgic feel and allowed us to come and go easily. The owners were friendly and accommodating, making our stay pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable, and housekeeping even refreshed our towels daily.
No complaints whatsoever, our stay was enjoyable and met our needs perfectly.

I stayed at this motel while visiting my ill daughter in the next town over. The location was perfect for us as it was just minutes away from her home. The husband-and-wife owners were respectful, pleasant, and helpful throughout our visit. The motel had a nostalgic feel, reminiscent of the old motels from my childhood. The grounds were well kept and the room was clean and comfortable. The daily housekeeping service, with fresh towels and emptied trash cans, was a nice touch. The motel provided everything we needed at a great price. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to New Hampshire.

The location of this motel was great, just down the hill from another budget hotel that was even cheaper and offered a free breakfast. Plus, it was conveniently near a breakfast spot called Inside Scoop, where you could grab delicious breakfast sandwiches.
I must say that the cleanliness of the rooms was not up to par. There were reports of roaches and ants, and some guests even found dirty dishes in the sink.
