Had a luxurious stay for one night in a brand-new triple room. The weather was lovely.- The location was the best possible, short walk to a train station, shops, restaurants, and parks in a very nice area.- An expansive park was easily reachable just 1 km away.

The location in a fairly quiet area was marvellous and stunning with a market and gift shops nearby, and I got a neat and compact room with a separate bathroom.

The room was very comfortable and quiet. Quite big (the triple of 3 single beds) the bathroom was very clean and quite big. Everything worked properly (TV, heating, hot water..) There are amenities and complimentary coffee. The location was perfect, about 5 minutes walk from the subway, and two minutes from a bus stop that puts you in the center in a quarter of an hour. Located next to Hyde Park, right outside the door. The girls at the reception and breakfast are simply the best thing about the hotel, plus they are mostly Spanish, so if you are Spanish speaking, it makes it much easier for you to get in. . The breakfast is well organized, with an extensive schedule and very complete. There is continental and English. For how difficult it is to find something in London that does not disappoint and that is more or less livable and cheap, we were surprised by the quality-location-price ratio of this one. I RECOMMEND IT!
To say the least, dining room where breakfast is served is quite dark, decoration of the reception area is in urgent need of renovation and updating. it's not important, rest of the stuff makes up for it.

Had a very lovely stay on a business trip. Really enjoyed the room with comfy bed, my bed was extremely comfy. Easy check-in was a bonus. The hotel was in a central location to the museums. Moreover, it was adjacent to the tube for travel in London.

LOCATION is excellent, near the Queensway Metro, not far from 6 minutes walk. To the right of the hotel and again to the right.
Location is good, close Metro station. staff is friendly, problem was in room 212. It's the smallest room, I was there and one cramped, although I'm not tall and I was with my son (8 years old). floor is ruined, carpet is old and smells of dust, furniture is old. furniture was old, in order to open the closet, I had to move the bed. I was surprised by 4 stars, in other cities it would be a maximum of two. I think that in London with the stars everything is not the same as in other cities and does not match the level. I can imagine hotels with 3 stars.
