Updated rooms with fridge, and great and lovely location. Location right by several other cafés and restaurants, nearby Hobnail cafe for food and Lake Matheson and Fox Glacier.

A good bar is available on-site, the room is modern with space for 2 adults and 2 children, includes a fridge and a balcony, and is conveniently located near cafes and shops.

Our stay here was perfectly pleasant, fantastic base for exploring Fox Glacier. The room was neat and new-fashioned with fridge, all basic amenities plus lovely view. The restaurant was good for breakfast...

The staff here are vibrant and very professional, and the room is nicely decorated with a fridge and all the essentials you need.

Minnehaha walk was situated on the doorstep. Our hotel is set in a central location. Cafe Neve, where you can eat, is within walking distance of the property.

Eveything was value for money. However I found the cooked breakfast rather uninviting

The standard king room had great views and included all basic amenities, plus an extra single bed, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

I would not recommend this hotel. When we checked in we were told we had been put in the last room they had which is next to the staff quarters and above the industrial fridge for the hotel so it might be "a bit noisy", however they did manage to move us after a cancellation. However they have a bar at the hotel, and the music from this bar could be heard until 1am so it was not really any quieter than the first room!

The staff here is extremely friendly and helpful, the breakfast is both delicious and budget-friendly, and the rooms have been recently updated.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience, the staff and service were excellent. Lovely clean and comfortable hotel, will stay there again. Great value for money, and great location.

The hotel was easy to find and the view from our window towards the mountain was superb. There are some lively bars/restaurants in the town

The room was a bit small for the amount we paid, internet is only available through a local wireless network, the main restaurant closed early (8:00p.m). They wanted to service our room at 9:00 a.m.

The accommodation was neat and the staff were pleasant. the hotel is located in a remote area on both islands of New Zealand. They offer a great, affordable, and sensational breakfast. the hotel is close to Fox Glacier township and various cafes and restaurants.

We didn't like it at all.

The room was small and dirty. the bathroom was smelly and dirty and there is no warm water. it was noisy and we can hear everthing from neighbour. we didn't sleep well. if you want to sleep well, dond't stay here.
