We had a delightful stay at this charming hotel in Cork. The rooms were immaculate and comfortable, and the newly refurbished room was simply beautiful. The rainforest showerhead in the bathroom was a luxurious touch. The staff, especially John and Toni, were exceptional - friendly, sweet, and always went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. The library with a collection of books was a pleasant surprise. The doorman was always there to greet us with a warm smile, and we loved relaxing by the real fire in the evening. The food was fantastic, particularly the amazing scones. We were also impressed to find Netflix available on the TV. The airport nearby made it convenient for us to travel. And of course, the staircase in the hotel is absolutely spectacular - a true treasure.

This hotel surpassed all of our luxurious needs. the exclusive amenities were top-notch, especially the Spa & Wellness Centre which offered impeccable service and a relaxing atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, sauna and Jacuzzi. the garden area was also a delight. the in-room breakfast was a great added bonus and the restaurant and bar areas were superb.
The one minor issue we had was with the buffet breakfast, which could have been improved. However, this did not detract from our overall enjoyable experience at this hotel.
