We had a very positive stay for a romantic night away.
Nothing too much trouble, the venue met standard, would definitely recommend it. The rooms were reasonably spacious and cheap and had an absolutely fabulous view over the Liverpool skyline. The staff was very welcoming, as for 4-stars hotel.

Central
No car park, lighting very poor in room and reading lamp did not work.breakfast was okay but had chipped and cracked cups, did not expect to have to check for this in what was a quite expensive hotel. When staff had cleaned the brass they had not buffed it properly and I had black marks on my hands from it.Was also downgraded!!!
