The hotel is in a fantastic location close to downtown shopping and restaurants. Indian Mound Museum is just a short stroll away from the hotel.

The hotel is perfect with well-equipped rooms. the staff was attentive and friendly. - I loved the central heating, cable TV with on-demand movies, and microwave oven in the room. - the bed was great, especially with down pillows.

Enjoyed having the same studio suite I booked online, with a fridge and microwave – super convenient! 🍿

A nicely kept place to stay with a great location close to a historic Frank Lloyd Wright home for a fascinating tour, the downtown area, and various Main Street restaurants.

The breakfast was good with scrambled eggs, great coffee and also sausage, and the restaurant was great. The airport was 15 minutes drive from the place...

My recent stay at Hampton Inn was wonderful. I was in town for business and stayed for three nights. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I appreciated the extra effort the check-in employee made to ensure my reservation was found, even though there was a mix-up. The location of the hotel was great and convenient for my needs. it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The rooms with the jacuzzi provide a wide array of options and good food served by attentive, highly courteous staff.

I had a great stay on a business trip. the hotel's location was unbeatable, close to restaurants, the Rosenbaum House, which offers a very interesting tour, and downtown businesses and points of interest. - the hotel is situated in a very quiet area.

Good beds and central heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a microwave oven. Comfortable bedroom, good private bathroom, great pool. Helpful staff of the hotel. Easy check in and late check out. Not to mention free wifi!

The staff at the hotel was very friendly. the room was enjoyable, and the breakfast was good. - the location of the venue was great, close to downtown. - Additionally, it was near various restaurants and bars in downtown Florence and the Rosenbaum House.

This hotel was the perfect spot for our Christmas weekend getaway. The suite rooms were excellent, with spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds. We had everything we needed, including a small kitchen and a wet bar area. The kids loved the pool and hot tub, and there were plenty of tables for the adults to relax. The breakfast area was spotless, and the attendants were friendly and always ready to help. The location was also great, with easy access to nearby attractions. We would love to stay here again!

There were a few downsides to our stay. The staff on Saturday and Saturday night were rude and unhelpful, and there was a lack of communication about our late checkout request.

I had a great value for my money at the hotel. The room was clean and met all the Covid19 guidelines. The location was perfect for my needs, especially being close to UNA. The staff, especially Diane at check-in, made my stay exceptional.

The location next to the Tennessee River in downtown Florence was perfect for exploring the many restaurants and bars. the rooms were gorgeous and reasonably spacious. - There were heated swimming pools available for a relaxing stay.

I loved this well-maintained and modern place. the location was favorable, relatively close to Pope's Tavern Museum. - Actually everything was perfect. My next choice in Florence again.
