Enjoyed a restful night's sleep in a comfortable bed and a peaceful, well-equipped room with amenities such as cable TV, coffee/tea makers, and ironing facilities.

We had an enjoyable stay at this small hotel. The breakfast was hot with a great selection of items. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, they provided a good service.

Location: the hotel was close enough to the waterfalls and colleges and another lake. Very amiable and knowledgeable folks at the reception desk. My room included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, tea and coffee making equipment...

The breakfast was hot and included tasty options. The room was well-appointed for wheelchair maneuverability. All the staff was extremely helpful and resolved my issues. The location was magnificent, very close to the hills, colleges, wonderful restaurants, and the lake/visitor center.

The room was peaceful and pleasantly cool with a nice view, the staff were extremely friendly, and the pool was clean with convenient on-site parking available.

The rooms were fine and quiet. The views of the lake were decent. Available amenities included a microwave oven, coffee/tea making machines, and a refrigerator. The hotel was fairly clean. I would come here again.

I stayed at Hampton Inn for the Ironman 70.3 Musellman race and it was an ideal location, close to the finish line. The views of the lake were beautiful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond, helping me find alternative accommodation when my reservation was unexpectedly canceled. They recommended a nearby hotel and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Additionally, the free parking for guests was a great convenience.

Unfortunately, our stay did not live up to our expectations. The location was not ideal, as we were unable to visit the beautiful waterfalls nearby. We ended up staying on another lake, which provided a more enjoyable experience. In terms of the room, the bed was uncomfortable with thin mattresses and noisy springs. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and the breakfast, although not the tastiest, was complimentary. We appreciated the convenience of having a mini fridge and microwave in the room.

The bathroom facilities were lacking, with cold air flowing in from the broken bathroom vent and no place to store shower products.

The breakfast was nice and hot with a lot of food available. I liked my room, it was well-appointed and had a comfortable king bed. The hotel has a great location, right next to Seneca Lake Park with beautiful views of the lake and the railway line.

Comfortable room with 2 queen beds, a pull-out sofa, and plenty of pillows - perfect for a family stay. Great location close to the Geneva History Museum 🏛️.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel had a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, from the receptionists to the housekeeping staff. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, both inside and out. The location was perfect, right next to a beautiful boardwalk park and within walking distance of the city center. The nearby restaurants provided us with plenty of dining options. We also loved the variety and quality of the breakfast offerings. The availability of coffee, tea, and snacks throughout the day made us feel right at home. the hotel facilities and amenities exceeded our expectations.
