The hotel facilities were top-notch, including effective air conditioning that was much appreciated during the hot weather. The location was perfect, as it was situated between the city center and the historic district, allowing us to easily explore both areas. We also loved the fact that there were several nice outdoor restaurants nearby, as well as the convenience of being close to the Politeama Garibaldi Theater. Furthermore, the breakfast on the 4th floor was exceptional, with a wide selection of delicious food and a lovely outdoor space. Lastly, the staff at this hotel went above and beyond to provide excellent service, especially Alita and Wim, who were incredibly helpful and accommodating.

Some dishes at breakfast could have been hotter. The hairdryer in the room kept cutting out due to overheating.

My recent business trip was made all the better by the excellent amenities and service offered at this hotel. I particularly liked the beautiful presentation of the breakfast buffet, which offered a variety of delicious options. Additionally, the complementary access to high-speed internet and the gym were much appreciated. The hotel's prime location in the heart of the city made it easy to explore and enjoy all that this destination has to offer.
While my stay at the hotel was overall excellent, I did experience some connectivity issues with the internet. It was frustrating to have to go to the lobby every time the internet went out, which detracted from my overall experience.

The exclusive amenities at this hotel were impressive. the service was exceptional, making us feel pampered and at home. the room advantages were breathtaking, with tasteful decor and a gorgeous view. In-room breakfast was a wonderful start to our day. the Sauna and Massage services were revitalizing and rejuvenating, providing a luxurious touch.
The Snack bar left something to be desired, with lackluster options. However, this was a minor issue compared to the many positives.

Our stay at this luxury hotel was exceptional. From in-room breakfast to the exclusive amenities, everything was perfect. the sauna and massage experience were top-notch, and the sun terrace was an excellent place to relax. the location advantages were unbeatable, we were just a short walk away from the city center.
The only minor issue we had was with the bar/lounge area's closing timings. We were hoping to have a nightcap, but the bar closed early.
