First-rate hotel, the staff was exceptionally attentive, excellent service. Actually, the room was very good sized with a balcony. The location was excellent, 19 miles to Falcone-Borsellino airport, perfectly reachable. The venue itself was in a pretty quiet area.

We also loved the fact that there were several nice outdoor restaurants nearby, as well as the convenience of being close to the Politeama Garibaldi Theater. Furthermore, the breakfast on the 4th floor was exceptional, with a wide selection of delicious food and a lovely outdoor space. Lastly, the staff at this hotel went above and beyond to provide excellent service, especially Alita and Wim, who were incredibly helpful and accommodating.

The hotel was in a great location, close to shopping areas and outdoor restaurants. The staff was friendly and easy to deal with. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with good amenities like air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a safe.

Some dishes at breakfast could have been hotter. The hairdryer in the room kept cutting out due to overheating.

The hotel is located in a great area, close to the historic center and within walking distance of all the important sights. The rooms are well decorated and the bathrooms are modern and spacious, with glass-enclosed showers and overhead shower heads. The staff is very friendly and helpful, accommodating the needs of guests with disabilities. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety of options and the service is excellent.

The hotel charges a high price for parking, but street parking is available nearby for a lower cost.

The hotel's prime location in the heart of the city made it easy to explore and enjoy all that this destination has to offer.

While my stay at the hotel was overall excellent, I did experience some connectivity issues with the internet. It was frustrating to have to go to the lobby every time the internet went out, which detracted from my overall experience.

The only minor issue we had was with the bar/lounge area's closing timings. We were hoping to have a nightcap, but the bar closed early.
