Efficient and excellent staff of the venue at reception desk:))
Truly enjoyed the place, especially my triple room. It was equipped with a bidet. The location was particularly good and a ferry port was steps away from the hotel.

Convenient location, beautiful decor, close to port and restaurants. Expensive prices, additional charges for breakfast and minibar items. 5% service surcharge with no added value. Magnificent grounds and pool, comfortable and spacious rooms. Friendly staff at reception and pool, but unpleasant service at restaurant and bar.

The location of this hotel was superb, right on the beautiful lake and in the center of town. Being directly by the coast of Lago Maggiore, I had easy access to the port where I could take day trips to different islands. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with a great pool and a beautiful garden where I could relax in the afternoon. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh fruit and freshly squeezed orange juice.
Nothing all excellent.

We recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel for 9 days and had an amazing experience. The location of this place next to the boat terminal was perfect, allowing us to easily explore Lake Maggiore and visit the nearby islands. The views from the hotel, overlooking the lake and the mountains, were simply breathtaking. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the friendly staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful classic atmosphere. We stayed in a junior suite for our family of 4, and it was perfect. The room had a big double bed and 2 additional sofa beds, providing ample space for everyone. The room was clean and well-maintained, and we loved the small balconies that added a romantic touch. The big bathroom with a separate bath and shower was a nice touch. The hotel also had excellent facilities, including an indoor pool, gym, spa, and restaurant. The underground parking was convenient, and the hotel grounds and pool area were magnificent. our stay at this place was unforgettable.

Enjoyed my stay at this lakeside hotel. The breakfast and dinner were complimentary and delicious. The location was perfect, situated just a few steps from the ferry, with stunning views of the lake and mountains. The hotel's outdoor and indoor pool was a plus as well, and it was convenient to have complementary beach towels available to guests.
The rooms were a bit outdated and could use some updating. Also, the town nearby was not as lively as expected and lacked a decent variety of restaurant options.

The hotel is perfectly located right on the lake, offering stunning views of Lake Maggiore. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery in the inner garden while relaxing on the sunbeds. The central location also allows you to explore the village easily, making it convenient for a short stay.
Some guests have complained about the mediocre breakfast buffet, with cold scrambled eggs being a recurring issue.
