The hotel is perfectly situated, making it convenient to explore the city and visit all the tourist places. It is not too far a walk from the Eixample neighborhood and is located in the Market at Los Ramblas area. The rooms are well-appointed with spacious beds and the bathroom is clean. The staff provides a warm and attentive service, offering welcome drinks and helpful advice throughout the stay. Breakfast is sumptuous and the rooftop pool, bar, and restaurant offer breathtaking views of the city.
The hotel lacks the extra-omph in terms of warmth and enthusiasm from the staff, which is expected in a 5-star hotel.

Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! We were warmly welcomed with complimentary drinks and snacks upon arrival. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to all the top attractions and neighborhoods we wanted to explore. The hotel also had a rooftop pool and bar with stunning views - definitely a highlight of our trip! The staff were attentive and always went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
Although we had a fantastic time, the rooms were a bit small and lacked privacy with the close proximity to other buildings. Also, the pool was not heated which was a bit disappointing.

This hotel offers the ultimate luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities are impressive, including the spa and wellness centre with a sauna, steam room and treatment rooms for massages. the rooftop infinity pool with sun loungers and a sun terrace provides stunning city views, perfect for relaxation after exploring the nearby location advantages. The staff offer exceptional service, catering to all special diet and room requirements in the restaurant, bar/lounge area and in-room breakfast. Cons: the only minor issue we experienced was the lack of organization at check-out, leading to a delay in releasing the deposit hold. Despite this, the overall upscale experience in this hotel exceeds expectations and makes for a memorable stay.
