Our family room was cozy and spacious with a comfy bed, with a prime location close to the old town, city center, gondola, and a roomy restaurant nearby.

The staff were ready to help. the location was marvelous and super. - the restaurant at the hotel was good with very good food. I stayed at Grami Hotel in Bansko. the staff were very helpful during my visit, and the hotel's location was fantastic. I had the opportunity to dine at Chateau Antique, which is conveniently located near the hotel. the restaurant served delicious food, including hot dishes.

The staff at Hotel Grami were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was always clean and tidy, and we were able to borrow a hairdryer and kettle from the reception. The location was perfect, as it was just a short walk from the main Gondola but away from the noise. The price was also very reasonable. I highly recommend this hotel for a great short break.

Our room was cozy and toasty, and even had a balcony that apparently turned into a mini fridge 🥶. We enjoyed having access to cable TV, a nice spot to chill, and a table to work on.

The rooms here are amazing, super cozy with balconies and comfy double beds, for example. 🌟 the staff is awesome and really friendly.

The hotel is situated in a perfect location, close enough to walk to the town's nightlife but not noisy. the staff was always ready to help with everything we needed and the hotel was in the center of town, near the ski lift. the rooms were clean, well heated, and the buffet breakfast had a great variety of food. the facilities, including the small pool and sauna, were a great addition to the hotel's advantages.

There were a few minor inconveniences with some of the room facilities not working properly, such as the fridge.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. the location was fantastic, just a few steps away from the main street and not far from the gondola to the ski area. It was so convenient to explore the town and easily access the slopes. Secondly, the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the young lady in charge who spoke English. They made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and had balconies which doubled as mini-fridges. It was such a thoughtful addition to have a private space to relax and keep my drinks cold. Plus, it was great value for money with breakfast included.
