Reasonably priced rooms. Great food in the restaurant. - Excellent breakfast with ham and cappuccino. - Perfect location, not too close to the bus station and about a 20-minute walk to Venice center. - Close to a gothic-renaissance church.

Fantastic hotel, very very good breakfast!
It's fairly clean hotel nestled in a historic style building in the very quiet area. Pleasant staff, romantic and compact rooms with a terrace overlooking the St marks campanelli and balcony and a bath. Fantastic services! The early check-in process too...

Great location, close to major attractions in the city. Decent breakfast with a variety of fresh bread and fruits. Friendly and helpful staff, especially the lady at the counter. Good wifi signal in the room.
Small room size with worn-out furniture and uncomfortable mattress. Shabby decor that needs updating.

The location of the hotel was perfect, being only a short walk away from the main attractions in the city. It was very convenient to have everything in close proximity.
The hotel was slightly dated and could use some modern updates. The shower door in our room was broken, which was a bit inconvenient.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and always eager to recommend restaurants and provide assistance. They even kindly provided a breakfast bag on the day of our departure when we couldn't make it to breakfast. The location of the hotel was perfect, being situated between Ponte Rialto and Piazza San Marco, just a quick 5-minute walk to each. The hotel was also located on a street full of shops, adding to the convenience. Additionally, the room itself was well-equipped with everything we needed.
Cannot find any fault.

The location of the hotel was excellent, close to shops and restaurants. It was also conveniently located near transportation options and main attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, with daily towel changes and a mini fridge available.
The bathroom in our room was small and a bit awkward to use. Additionally, the double bed had two mattresses next to each other, which made it uncomfortable.
