greatly enjoyed our room that was always kept clean and available with sofa, the bedroom. the location was magnificent for funchal, so close to restaurants and water sports and local buses into city center, the town centre of funchal and the old part beyond in about 15 minutes.

the room I booked was always kept clean and available with a bathroom as well as a balcony view. the location was favorable. 3. the staff members were really friendly people in their customer service. 4. It was also next to local shops, bars, and restaurants. 5. Nearby bus stops and the island had lovely restaurants and bars.

The room was brand-new and well-kept. The hotel was spotless. Great and satisfactory breakfasts for all tastes. All the employees were very efficient and genuinely helpful. The location was unbeatable and excellent, next to the town centre and the Lido. Gorgeous Island with restaurants, shops, and bars nearby.

The staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay amazing. The room was spacious with a separate sitting area and a huge balcony that offered jaw-dropping views of the sea. The welcoming and warm atmosphere made us feel right at home. We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent value for money we received. The public areas, especially the spacious library, were impressive. The new spa was mind-blowing. We had a truly fantastic stay and would definitely come back.
