The breakfast is very good, the staff very friendly. We liked the ambience very much.
A daily cleaning of the towels is not necessary and also not particularly ecological.

The transport connection from the Hanger Lan station to the City of London is very good. The food and the drink in the attached pub were also very good. The hotel can be recommended for an exploration in London. The Westfield Shopping Center is also easy to reach with the Tube.
The shower was very difficult to adjust to the right temperature.

It is in a convenient position for driving down from the Midlands. The standard of the hotel was generally very high. We found the bed to be exceptionally comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent.

Great hotel with cheap parking spaces, a request was made in advance. The room was very large and well equipped (had air conditioning). The bathroom was a little old, but okay. The beer garden in the hotel was particularly good, provided really excellent food. Also, the breakfast was perfect and there was a lot of food choices - you could also eat outside. The staff was mostly very friendly. Easy access to the city centre
