Consistently courteous staff at front reception desk, everything is good. The hotel is in the heart of the city in the central zone. You could walk to a shopping area and a market.

The service was exceptional, nothing too much trouble, it was just what we needed. The room was amazing and wonderful with particularly good views. Every staff member was brilliant and fabulous. Our location was unbeatable...

Smooth and quick check-in process, and check-out was a breeze. the staff here are super friendly and welcoming. the room was updated and ultra clean, with plenty of space and air conditioning 🌬️.

The room was quiet and had an open bathroom, plus coffee/tea makers and a fridge. the view from the hotel was awesome. the breakfast was delicious and gorgeous, with coffee and a variety of food to choose from. the location of the hotel was very central, adjacent to ferry terminals on the river, Queen Street shopping area, bars, cafes.

Opted for a double room and it was really nice - modern and updated. the service was top-notch and the food was delicious. the staff here are super friendly and polite. 🌟

The rooms are beautifully designed, compact, and complete with a very comfy king bed, aircon, and the bathroom. the breakfast offers delicious options with coffee, continental flavors, and a variety of food to choose from. - When I'm in Brisbane, I like staying here.
