My family and I had a fantastic stay in the Lujiazui district. The location was perfect for enjoying the bustling area and the stunning views of the Oriental Pearl and skyscrapers. We were impressed with the spacious and comfortable rooms, as well as the luxurious amenities provided. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We also loved the convenience of the nearby metro station for exploring other tourist locations.

There were some issues with the club lounge on our second evening. The food presentations were not refilled in a timely manner, and the staff seemed to be overwhelmed by the number of guests.

The rooms here are stylish and fresh, offering a nice view. Everything was fantastic. Moreover, the location is convenient, just a stone's throw away from a towering skyscraper 🏙️.

The Thanksgiving experience at this luxury hotel was enjoyable. The stunning view from the room was unforgettable, coupled with the comfort and spaciousness of the room. The location was key and made getting around much easier. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast and friendly staff were a pleasant touch.

There were some drawbacks during my stay. The bathroom amenities were lackluster and felt cheap.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were superb. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. The location was perfect, within walking distance of many attractions on the Pudong side of the river and right in the business district. The hotel was also really close to a subway station, which made traveling around this city very convenient.

During my stay at Regent, I had a medical emergency in the middle of the night. As a first-time traveler and non-native speaker, I was incredibly grateful for the help I received from the guest relations manager, Neal Hao. He arranged transportation to the hospital, accompanied me, and stayed by my side until I was stable. The level of care and support was truly above and beyond. I highly recommend this hotel for their exceptional service.

My stay at this hotel was luxurious and exclusive. the room was spacious, with exclusive amenities like a private minibar and a stunning view of the city from the balcony. the swimming pool on the top floor was amazing, with a Jacuzzi, a sauna, and a steam room. the spa center was well-equipped, and I enjoyed a relaxing massage.

While the food at the restaurant and the bar/lounge area were excellent, the in-room breakfast was not up to my expectations. the selection was limited, and the food was not as fresh as I would have liked.
