getting through to the staff to confirm the reservation was a bit difficult. also I thought dubai is a tax free country, so I dont understand why we were made to pay tax for our booking.

The rooms were quite spacious and had necessary amenities like a fridge and stove. the location was convenient, close to a major bus stop and a supermarket. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

The hotel lacked proper maintenance and cleanliness. Many of the amenities were broken or worn out, and the floors were dirty.

it is a great hotel and good for living with family or friends , pool and WiFi is great !

finding it was difficult as location is not mentioned clearly and when i called hotel management for picking us from airport they said we don't have airport shuttle, so we had to find it by ourselves which took long time. Also we had to pay 20 percent more money .(on website it was only 10 percent city tax etc)
