Reasonably priced hotel with flexible employees for late check-out. Hot and decent breakfast with scrambled eggs and other hot options.- We stay here regularly and will choose this place for future trips. It was all very good.

The breakfast was warm and sensational, with a good variety of hot options. The service was very good. The double room was recently refurbished and had a view of the European Commission, along with a minibar and balcony. The hotel's central location is convenient, with easy access to the Autoworld Museum. It is also close to EU buildings, Schuman train/metro station, nightlife, and attractions like the Triumphal Arch. The area is nice and quiet.

Location

Some staff are not nice to children. My children were told off for asking for a glass cup where there is none in the room. A staff called us to like warn us to warn my children not to ask to come for cup again just in case something is missing, in a way my children are thieves.Its so embarassing AND ANNOYING!!!!!!!!!!!!

The hotel has been recently renovated and features friendly staff who allow for late check-out. Its excellent location is just minutes away from the train station. A great spot to grab a tea or coffee is Berlaymont Cafe nearby.

Excellent location and price

Stayed for 2 nights. On the first day the breakfast was excellent, on the another - very poor, weren't even yogurt and fruits, nobody could explain, why. The carpet in the room was old and unattractive. The room was next to the elevators, very noisy. Taking into account that the room was close to the advertising light pole outside and the curtains were light, it seemed that the sun is in the room during night. Finally, Wi-fi isn't for free in the rooms.
