The rooms were huge and nicely decorated for all your needs kept by the best staff. There were an electric kettle and kitchenware upon arrival. The location was amazing and favourable, very close to the whole caldera view and more generally and the slope, really enjoyed this place...

Delicious and tasty breakfast, beautiful hotel.
Central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel television in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Favourable location; exceptionally nice staff. Very close to a mountain cable car.

We were met by very friendly staff. the location of the hotel is great, situated on the caldera cliff. - It's conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and stunning views. Overall, our stay at Firalia, Casa In Rock Suites was delightful. the staff members were extremely friendly right from the start. the hotel's location on the caldera cliff was ideal and offered breathtaking views. Additionally, its proximity to shops, terraces, and restaurants made our stay even more convenient.

I had a lovely xmas stay at this charming hotel in Santorini. the room was incredibly beautiful, with a classic Santorini style perfect for photos. the view from the balconies facing the volcano was breathtaking, offering a memorable experience. the location was ideal, surrounded by numerous restaurants and shops in the center of the town. the staff, especially George and Kostis, were friendly and helpful, making arrangements for our needs during our stay.
The hotel's location down the cliff required a bit of a walk with many stairs, which may be challenging for some guests. While the rooms were comfortable, some humidity was noticeable due to the cave house structure, but they do provide a dehumidifier.
