The single room was modern, it had central heating, a work desk, and a TV. The bed was exceptionally comfortable; and there was a bath. The public parking was nearby, terrific service. The employees were nice all the time...

The place is little and clean, everything is good, it should have higher than 3 star rating. I greatly enjoyed really kind and very good personnel that ensures guests have a really great stay.

The location could not have been better. There are many good restaurants in the neighborhood and it's just meters from metro and tram stops. The staff was friendly, and breakfast was good. The coffee was very good. The free wi-fi worked ok, although we had to ask them to reset their system a couple of times.
Our reservation was not respected. We had 3 people crammed in a room for 2. There were no working air-conditioners in the building, except for the breakfast and reception areas. Our room was stifling hot night and day, even with the window open and the fan perched precariously on the window ledge. I think this hotel has great potential, and if they finish renovations and install working a/c's I would recommend it...but not at this point. I feel this hotel was not accurately represented on the website.

Location. I would recommend only to young couples or people on low budget trips.
Staff tried to charge more than specified in the booking. The hotel is in a old building without air conditioning. Rooms are old and not completely clean. A lot of noise was heard all night and mainly in the morning from a nearby parking that works 24hrs.

The room had air conditioning, cable channels, a mini fridge, and a work desk, and the hotel's location was convenient to the metro line, making it a wonderful experience overall.

I have had a great experience at this little, clean hotel. All of the staff members were really kind and polite. - the property was located in a very central area next to the metro line, Wagner, San Siro Stadium, and Casa Milan. - Everything was good, my next choice again in Milan.
