Our delivery time varies due to the destination country and the shipping method chosen. Our orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 business days (business days: Monday - Friday, excluding holidays). Average transit times via country are listed here.
Please note that weather, public holidays, peak shipping seasons and incorrect delivery information can delay the shipment of your order. Patagonia are unfortunately unable to control or reimburse issues related to any of the above.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email with your tracking information. You will then be able to track the order as it makes its way to you.
If you have decided to return an item, you will need to register your return in our Return Portal and follow the necessary steps. To start the process please visit our Returns page.
To exchange an item from your recent order, simply send it back for a refund and place a new order on eu.patagonia.com. Unfortunately, we cannot offer direct exchanges.
Once you have successfully placed an order on our EU website, you will receive a confirmation screen with an EU order number, followed by a confirmation email to the email address you have provided in the checkout section of our website. If you do not land on the order confirmation screen, it is possible that your order has not been successful due to a browser issue. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check your spam folder. If nothing has arrived to you, please contact our Customer Service Team and we will be happy to assist.
Each Patagonia product has a unique five-digit style number printed on the white tag stitched into the garment. It will have STY, ITEM or STYLE in front of the number, and sometimes it will have letters and numbers behind it—those denote the season and year it was made.
So, the tag might say: STY54321FA18. This would be style #54321 from Fall 2018.
Along with the style number, the tag will always have RN 51884 and a PO number. These are not the numbers that identify your item. We may ask for the PO number if you contact us regarding a quality issue with your garment.
