The staff was good and perfect, offering wake up calls and free ironing services. The hotel boasts a marvelous location and fantastic twin/double rooms with spacious bathrooms and lovely views.- The breakfast was delicious and great, with lovely views - definitely worth the money.

Location, very central

Breakfast. It was a catastrophe On 21.7.2019 there was only 1 type of cheese, after a complaint (because of mould) the employee served fresh cheese. For the future when I book this hotel because of location, I will book without breakfast.

Rooms are very small. For a 4* hotel it is very poorly equipped. The elevator is so small that no pram will fit in it. No refrigerator in the room and also no room service

The bed was big with a great mattress. The way to the metro is a 3 minute walk. Which was also great, the bakery where you get fresh produce plus coffee in the morning. Also in the hotel there is coffee at any time "free of charge".

Due to the gilet jaune, 6 to 7 stations on line 1 were closed. But is probably only temporary. What I didn't like is the carpeting in the room. Always unsanitary for me.

location, grocery, restaurants, pharmacy and other services are close by, has small elevator, great breakfast, has A/C, excellent staff, clean and comfortable, close enough to Argentine station of the Metro and Hertz rental car, homely and warm neighborhood, small hotel but cozy

The place was great value and cute little, nothing too much trouble, couldn't recommend more. Everything was really good, excellent location just off metro, Arc de Triomphe and main sightseeings, Very close to the metros, and many shops/cafes/restaurants around, really good experience. The employees were so very friendly and kept it all clean.
