The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

Please note that the point of the Teahouse is that it is a place where new editors should be made to feel welcome; so please when you answer there:

• Welcome the newcomer
• Give them a more approachable answer than just a link
• Don't use abbreviations like WP:N without explaining them.

"Misgendering"

This edit summary is incorrect. As explained at User:Tamzin/Gender, I have no preference in pronoun, and when referred to in mainspace prefer that Wikipedia use the pronouns of the most recent editor of the page in question. @1234qwer1234qwer4 edited the page to comply with that a few weeks ago. The fact that you were confused by it means that it probably merits an {{efn}}, but seeing it called misgendering is rather frustrating when it's literally what I've requested, in something linked both from my userpage and in my signature.
