This place is impeccably clean, the rooms are nicely decorated, and the bed is great, plus the breakfast at the on-site restaurant is excellent.

The hotel with brand-new and reasonably large rooms, in a local area, to a BART station. Early check-in and late check-out, excellent staff. Good breakfast for the start of the day. Very central location and modern property itself. Also, easy access to Tenderloin.

The hotel needs some serious fixing up. But that might be a waste of money, given its location.

Located near to San Francisco Civic Center. Most of the sights are reachable by foot. No problems with parking and no additional charges for parking space. Large rooms.
Rooms look not clean enough. Bad neighborhood; I had to take a walk while looking for the hotel - it was educational, but a little scary.

No a/c and room was stuffy. Windows would not stay open. Beds were lumpy and sheets had stains on them. Outlet plate broken and open wires were showing. Shower did not look clean. Only one towel left for us.

The location is fantastic, nestled in a stunning neighborhood. The lunch options at Thai Idea Vegetarian nearby were plentiful. The rooms felt brand-new to me, with a super cozy bed. They provide all the essentials like central heating, a TV, and a refrigerator.

Hello, I had the worst experience at embassy hotel I made the reservation online, not knowing where was the location, we were not able to sleep all night due to loud voices from outside of the building, and when we tried to go out to eat from the hotel to our car we were stop by four drug delear trying to make a deal, very scary night!! So the next morning when we woke up to take a shower there was no hot water. We ha to leave the hotel without taken a shower, I have traveled all over the world but never came across a situation like this. Thank you,

One of the men working the desk was very helpful in telling us the best way to get around. He was the only friendly employee we encountered.
The free con breakfast, was awful. Loafs of bread, some oranges, 1 kind of cereal, and some very hard muffins. I am pretty sure the muffins that were out on our first day were the same just re heated every day we were there. By day 3 they were hard as rock. Only orange juice and coffee. I have never seen a more pathetic breakfast
