Our stay in the Two-Bedroom Residence Suite was fantastic! The room was beautifully designed with a great layout, and the Lavazza coffee maker made mornings delightful. We loved the spaciousness and cleanliness of the room, plus having access to the mall just downstairs was a huge bonus.
The food in the restaurant was overpriced and not great.

The pool area was phenomenal, and we enjoyed fabulous views from our Urban King Room. Only issue was a slight mix-up with room service items, but they fixed it fast. Loved everything else!

The dining scene here is fire! Those cheese rolls at Quinto La Huella hit differently—pure Miami bliss. Plus, the rooftop bar, Sugar Garden, serves cocktails that’ll take you places! The hotel’s location in Brickell is clutch, with fab restaurants like Truluck's and Pubbelly Sushi just a stroll away.
But let’s keep it real—service can be a real downer. We need better vibes; I waited ages at the pool just to order a drink. Not cool when you’re trying to chill. Also, charging unexpected fees without clear communication? Total buzzkill.

Room service was a delight! Even when they played a game of 'guess what’s missing', they fixed it in a jiffy. My Urban King Room was crisp and comfy.
But waiting for the elevator felt like auditioning for a slow-motion film. Seriously, I aged a year or two!

A Chic Retreat with Exceptional Dining Experiences
Our stay in the Urban King Room was enjoyable! We loved the rooftop bar's vibrant ambiance, but be mindful of potentially high prices. Breakfast at Quinto la Huella was delightful; the bagel with salmon exceeded expectations. Pro tip: arrive early for a better coffee experience.
