Our stay in the Two-Bedroom Residence Suite was fantastic! The room was beautifully designed with a great layout, and the Lavazza coffee maker made mornings delightful. We loved the spaciousness and cleanliness of the room, plus having access to the mall just downstairs was a huge bonus.

The food in the restaurant was overpriced and not great.

The hotel’s location in Brickell is clutch, with fab restaurants like Truluck's and Pubbelly Sushi just a stroll away.

But let’s keep it real—service can be a real downer. We need better vibes; I waited ages at the pool just to order a drink. Not cool when you’re trying to chill. Also, charging unexpected fees without clear communication? Total buzzkill.

The gym was a breath of fresh air, clean and fully stocked. The rooftop bar had some incredible views that were worth every penny spent on drinks.
