We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect - close to the city center yet nestled in a beautiful park overlooking a picturesque lake. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a luxurious spa that included a heated outdoor pool. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel overall was impeccable. The staff was attentive and friendly, making us feel welcomed and well taken care of. Additionally, there was ample parking available, which was a great convenience for us.

The service in the bar and main lounge room can be slow, requiring some patience when waiting to be served.

I had some issues with room service, as the requested items were not delivered after three calls, leaving me disappointed. The restaurant experience wasn't ideal either, with an unsuitable table, considering the high-end hotel, and the suite toilet was challenging to flush and got very hot during the day.

Our room had a charming balcony with a lovely view. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options. I highly recommend this hotel.
